Customer Requirement: The customer needed compact electric self-propelled lifting equipment for electromechanical installation, indoor maintenance and wall painting at factory workshops in Bangladesh. The equipment should move flexibly and run quietly to fit narrow indoor spaces and meet local construction safety standards.
Product Advantages
1. Self-propelled electric drive: Built-in drive motors. It can travel short distances with the platform raised without trailers. Single-person operation saves much labor cost.
2. 8-meter working height, rated load 450kg: Accommodates 2 operators plus tools, suitable for factory maintenance, pipeline installation and ceiling construction.
3. Battery-powered & quiet operation: Zero exhaust emissions, ideal for enclosed indoor workshops. Stable scissor structure with multiple safety protections including tilt protection, overload protection and emergency lowering valve.

Packaging & Shipment Process
1. Pre-delivery Inspection: Complete no-load and full-load lifting tests before delivery. Check hydraulic system, batteries and safety devices with test records kept.
2. Protective Packaging: The whole machine wrapped with thick stretch film, with corner guards on key parts to avoid collision and moisture damage during ocean shipping.
3. Loading & Containerization: Forklift loading into container, equipment fixed tightly to prevent shifting during sea transport. Shipped by sea container to Bangladesh port.
