These units are deployed for high-altitude equipment inspection, installation and factory maintenance within the customer’s plant.
The US client needed mobile aerial work platforms for in-factory equipment maintenance, pipeline installation and workshop upkeep. Core requirements:
Custom mobile scissor lifts were selected for this project. Main configurations:
✅ Working height: 12 m, rated platform load: 500 kg
✅ Electric hydraulic lifting system, fitted with travel wheels for short-distance movement
✅ Four independent hydraulic outriggers with safety interlock protection to prevent tipping over. Lifting function will be locked if outriggers are not fully deployed.
✅ High-strength scissor steel structure with powder-coated anti-rust finish, suitable for indoor and outdoor environments
✅ Multiple safety protections including platform guardrails, manual emergency lowering valve, overload protection and emergency stop button to meet overseas aerial work safety standards.
After production, full load testing and safety inspection, the 6 machines were loaded onto flatbed trucks. All equipment was securely strapped and protected for shipment, ready for ocean export to the US customer.
