- Batch Assembly & Testing: All units were assembled and individually tested on the workshop floor — lifting, traveling, extension deck, and safety linkage systems all passed inspection. (As shown in the photo, units lined up neatly for final QC.)
- CE Compliance Check: Each unit underwent CE marking verification and was accompanied by complete documentation (manual, certificate of conformity, EC Declaration of Conformity).
- Professional Export Packing: Units were wrapped with stretch film and corner protectors; key components (control panel, mast, tires) received reinforced protection to withstand ocean transit humidity and vibration.
- Full-Container Loading: Units were tightly arranged inside the container, maximizing interior space utilization and achieving high loading efficiency — effectively reducing per-unit logistics costs.
- Ocean Freight: Shipped from a Chinese port to the Port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with full logistics tracking throughout the voyage.
